Wedding Receptions

What do you get and how much?

Most Wedding’s come in between $20-$30 per person + tax and on site labor.

I’ve included general Buffet examples on here as well as they are interchangeable.

Plated dinners are also available for 60 or less guests.

4-5 course Dinner Menu’s are also available for groups up to 25 people.

Most meals include around 3 Hors D’Oeuvres, 2 main meat/fish entrees, 2-3 sides, rolls/butter and a salad.

Maximum head count for me is generally 100-120 people. 150 if you have access to a commercial venue.

Some items on my main menu may not be available depending on your venue. For instance any fried items (e.g. lumpia, mozzarella sticks) I will need to fry on site with my own mini fryer. Certain things crisp out of the oven such as crostini require an available oven on site. Sometimes certain items are unavailable/out of season.

Cupid Heart

Unlike most caterers cake cutting and if needed pouring of a toast is included.

I no longer procure rentals but I recommend Affordable Tent’s & Rentals in Va. Beach. The one thing I do rent out is real silverware if needed @ .45/set (Fork/Knife)

Set up of room is by client. We can assist with breakdown if needed.

I can supply bartending for beer/wine service if needed. There are plenty of bartending services out there now that do an amazing job. If needed I can supply recommendations.

We clear all tables as thoroughly as possible after dinner/cake service as well as pack up and label leftovers for client. We are usually finished just after that.

I do not include gratuity as I don’t believe in receiving it before services are rendered. It should be at client’s discretion!

We travel as far as the Easten Shore, Williamsburg, Smithfield, Ahoskie and Corolla, NC. There is a slight additional charge for extra gas/drive-time.
