Hi and welcome to Custom Cuisine Catering. My name is Leon and I have been catering to the Hampton Roads/Tidewater area for over 12 years now. We serve Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake and all surrounding areas. It seems that not many years ago Cocktail Parties on a Friday night or a Dinner Party on a Saturday night was a fairly common occurrence. At least it was when my Mom hosted them back in the 60's, 70's and early 80's. At that time stay at home mom's had plenty of time to not only take care of the family's meals but to entertain her husbands friends and business associates, mutual friends and acquaintances and to cook for Church functions, bake sales, etc. In today's hectic world it seems almost no one has time for this kind of luxurious slow-paced entertaining. Two income families with busy, conflicting schedules rarely have time to cook for themselves and their families much less twenty or eighty people at a time.

That's where we come in! We can create a memorable event to fit any taste and budget. From a picnic basket for the beach to a six course wine tasting dinner, a tailgate party for the game or a romantic dinner for two, I will help you custom design the perfect party! We cater both box lunches and hot lunches, all manner of cocktail parties/socials as well as weddings and corporate events. We are a relatively small business as I prefer to keep hands-on myself, mostly, rather than hire people whom I'm not sure will consistently produce the kind of quality that I am known for. As such the maximum amount for box lunches would be 80. Hot lunches about 150 and Weddings and other events I cater I can feed up to 250 in most cases.

I've also found that no two parties we cater are ever alike, hence either is pricing. You will find my main menu to include all the items I make for all larger scale events. I have a slightly more eclectic menu for dinner parties for groups under 25. Each category will have examples of parties I have done which I find to be the best way to get an overall idea of how much your particular event will cost.
